Last week I had the pleasure of attending the launch of Social Media Week LA.  Congrats to my teammate Toby Daniels for putting on a wonderful conference!

I’ve run by the beach many times but never in the hills so I was excited when someone suggested Runyon Canyon.  The loop is 3.5 miles which I did twice.  If you’re in LA… you should check it out.  The hill work is great training for the Verrazano-Narrows & Queensboro bridges!
